Christian Bland's a song factory, and since putting out a Black Angels record every year doesn't make for good business, the left-handed guitarist needs a second outlet. Enter the Revelators, a three-piece doubling as the vaguely hazy vehicle for Bland's wild stream of consciousness. Draped in a thick coat of reverb, Bland opened up the "Chapel In My Mind," letting loose a psych rock tangle that appropriately "Sounds Like '69."
