Playing to a packed house of nearly 400 at Threadgill's on Saturday, The Belleville Outfit carried the 90 minute set with the kind of energy and skill that fans have come to expect at a Belleville show. The set list demonstrated the great variety in the band's catalogue, alternating between songs with influences ranging from gypsy jazz to texas swing, even some memphis R&B, all the while keeping the band's own unique sound very much alive and intact.
